What kind of guide rails are used for rail lifts?

The main structure and function of the guide rail lift: the mechanical part of the guide rail lift mainly includes three parts: the lifting device, the track device and the belt change device, of which the lifting device is mainly used to suspend the lifted, which is the core part of the whole mechanism, the role of the track device is mainly to provide the movement track, so that the operation is smoother, and the belt change device is used to switch the track when the elevator wants to pass through the door. The selection of closed gear transmission, large and small pinions are made of steel, after quenching and tempering, belongs to the soft tooth surface, because the common failure mode of closed soft tooth surface gear transmission is tooth surface pitting, according to the tooth root bending fatigue strength for checking. The bracket is used to fix and support all the mechanical parts and some electrical components inside the elevator box, which is mainly welded by the side plate, connecting pipe and connecting piece and other parts, and the materials are selected, in which the thickness of the two sides of the plate, and at the same time, in order to reduce the weight of the bracket, a lot of process holes are designed on the two sides of the plate. Worm gear and worm mechanism has the advantages of large transmission ratio, compact structure, small impact load, stable transmission and low noise, and has the characteristics of reverse self-locking.

 

It can ensure that in the process of handling patients, the transmission mechanism can be self-locking when the motor is powered off, so the worm gear reducer is selected. The involute worm is used, the material is steel, and the spiral surface is quenched to improve the transmission efficiency and increase wear resistance, and the worm gear material is polyoxymethylene. Plastic worm gear has the advantages of good processing economy, stable transmission, vibration absorption and noise reduction, light weight, wear resistance and self-lubrication.

 

The guide mechanism is mainly composed of parts such as the guide plastic pipe, the guide bracket, the compression spring, the safety plug, the guide shell and the guide shaft, the half-section view of the guide mechanism, a narrow slit is formed between the two guide plastic tubes, and the lifting cloth belt stretches out of the box from this narrow slit to prevent the cloth belt from rolling up and playing the role of guidance. The safety plug is supported by a guide bracket and a compression spring, and in order to prevent the compression spring from losing stability after being stressed, a small guide rod is designed on the safety plug, and the gap between the small guide rod and the spring is designed with reference to the table. The boom shaft is welded, a boom hook is installed at both ends respectively, the material is selected, the quenching and tempering treatment is carried out, and the hook of the lower shell of the box body constitutes three suspension points, the lifter is lifted by the soft support spreader, the load-bearing arm of the boom, in order to make the liftee be able to be in a comfortable state when riding, the relevant data of the horizontal size are listed as a design reference in the reference table of the spacing of the two boom hooks, the balance bar is used to keep the balance of the lifting device, and the material is designed as a hollow tubular shape, and the overall weight of the boom is reduced.
