The forklift part directly picks, lifts, and stacks the working mechanism under all heavy-duty and finished products, and directly manipulates the working device and control device of the hydraulic transmission system. From design and manufacturing to different working conditions, it has a variety of structural forms.
A fork is a fork piece that carries goods directly. It is mounted on a fork stand with a fork. The distance between the two forks can be adjusted according to the needs of the operation and is locked by the positioning device.
The fork is made of a steel plate welded structure, with a roller group, and the inner door frame has an up-and-down track groove inside, and the connection between the fork frame and the inner door frame can only move up and down along an outer door frame.
The inner door frame is a frame structure made of two grooves welded as pillars and column beams. Its lower hinges are attached to the drive axle of the forklift (front axle). With the help of tilting hydraulic cylinders, the door frame can be tilted back and forth at an angle. The front of the door frame is designed to facilitate loading and unloading of goods. The purpose of the rear rack is to keep the goods sliding on the fork while the forklift is moving.
The lower end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is positioned on the outer door frame beam, and the upper end is connected with the inner door frame beam and the sprocket. The end of the lifting chain is connected with the lower part of the outer door frame, and the other end is connected with the fork around the sprocket, enters the hydraulic cylinder pressure oil, and the piston rod drives the sprocket, and the internal movement speed V and the lifting frame are at the same speed V.
Due to the pulley principle, the chain pulls the fork at a speed of 2V. When the full stroke of the hydraulic cylinder ends, the inner door frame is in the extreme position above the outer door frame, and the fork frame is in the extreme position above the inner door frame. When the oil pressure is released, components such as cargo or cargo forks drop due to their own gravity.
