What is the reason why aluminum alloy lifts are slow to lift

This aluminum alloy lift is mainly used for the transportation of goods between various working layers, but it will rise slowly when in use. When the equipment is working, a hydraulic motor is used to drive the hydraulic pump. Why is the aluminum alloy lift slow?
1. Check the pressure of the hydraulic system only when unloading the aluminum alloy lift. If the pressure is lower than the normal range, the safety valve setting should be adjusted.
2. Hydraulic oil deteriorates or has impurities. After prolonged use of hydraulic oil, there may be impurities or deterioration in the hydraulic oil. Samples are taken to check for solid particles, discoloration, odors, hanging rails
3. The hydraulic line may be blocked. The hydraulic lines are also very tightly connected to see if the hydraulic lines are smooth. Remind everyone to pay attention to whether hydraulic valves, solenoid directional valves, proportional control valves, safety valves, etc. with check valves are stuck or stuck. If there is a problem, the hydraulic valve should be cleaned or replaced in time.
4. There may be leaks in the hydraulic system. Check the hydraulic system for leaks. Emphasis on hydraulic pipes and fittings, cylinders and hydraulic valve fittings. If the hydraulic fluid leaks, the composite pad needs to be replaced or the raw material belt needs to be disturbed.
The hydraulic pump is also a key factor affecting the flow of hydraulic oil. If you use the hydraulic pump for a long time, it is easy to find the problem. When the speed of the aluminum alloy lift is slow, check whether the oil supply flow of the hydraulic pump is stable. If you find a problem, you should contact the manufacturer in time.
