2. Leakage inspection: hydraulic oil, electrolyte, brake fluid. Check the hydraulic pipe joints, batteries and brake system for oil leakage or leakage, touch and visually inspect with hands, and strictly prohibit the use of open flames.
3. Check whether the grounding surface of the tire is not damaged, and whether the degree of tire wear exceeds the safety warning line. When the tire is damaged or worn beyond the safety warning line, it should be replaced in time.
4. The electric forklift checks the specific gravity of the electrolyte. Check whether the terminals are loose or damaged, otherwise they should be adjusted or replaced.
5. Check the brake pedal, try to step on the brake pedal, whether the production reduction is sluggish or jammed, and whether the accelerator/brake is sensitive and effective. Brake fluid check, open the brake oil cup cap, check whether the brake fluid amount is within the scale range, if the fluid level is insufficient, please replenish.
6. Inspection of electric forklift control system: check whether the lifting handle, tilt handle, adjustment handle, and attachment handle are loose and whether the return position is good.
7. The electric forklift checks the mast and forks to ensure that the forks are free of cracks and bending, and the forks are firmly and correctly installed on the fork frame.
