The lifting platform usually works by hydraulic or electric drive, which makes the platform rise or fall. Specifically, there are two types of working principles:
Hydraulic Lifting Platform: There is a hydraulic system under the platform, including a cylinder and a pump. When the hydraulic pump starts, the hydraulic oil is drawn from the tank and pressed into the cylinder to push the lifting platform up or down. When it is necessary to stop the movement of the platform, the hydraulic flow can be controlled by controlling the valve.
Electric lifting platform: There is a motor under the platform, which drives the lifting mechanism up or down through a gearbox or chain drive. In some high-level equipment, limit switches or sensors are installed to automatically control the up and down stop positions of the platform and ensure safe operation.
Regardless of the type, lifting platforms must undergo rigorous quality checks and tests to ensure their stability, reliability, and safety. In order to avoid abnormal situations during operation, operators should also operate correctly in accordance with relevant procedures and standards, and pay attention to safety matters.
