Two. Safety precautions for stackers:
1. Stacker operators are not allowed to drive under the influence of alcohol, overweight, overheight and speeding, and it is forbidden to brake sharply and turn sharply. Stackers are not allowed to enter the places where solvents and flammable gases are stored
2. The safety device of the stacker must be complete and intact, the components are sensitive and effective, and the technical performance is good.
3. Keep the standard driving state of the stacker, the fork is 10-20 cm off the ground when the fork is driven from the ground, and the stacker stops when it falls to the ground to drive around the ground when it is operated under poor road conditions, its weight is appropriately reduced, and the driving speed of the stacker should be reduced.
4. When the stacker is running, if the electric controller is out of control, the total power supply will be disconnected in time.
5. Special attention should be paid to the timely charging of the battery and the correct maintenance of the battery in the use of the electric stacker. When charging the battery, it is necessary to pay attention to the method, not only to make the battery sufficient, but also not to cause the battery to be overcharged.
6. In the operation of the electric stacker, try to use as little as possible to accelerate for a long time, when the stacker starts, after the speed increases, stabilize the accelerator pedal, if the road condition is good, the stacker will continue to accelerate. When the stacker needs to slow down, relax the accelerator pedal and lightly press the brake pedal, so that the energy of deceleration can be fully utilized, and if the stacker has the function of regenerative braking, the kinetic energy of deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle is going down the ramp, do not disconnect the circuit of the drive motor of the stacker, gently press the brake pedal, make the stacker run in the regenerative braking state, and use the kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the energy consumption of the battery.
7. During the operation of the stacker, do not mistake the direction switch of "forward and backward" for the steering switch. Unless an emergency deceleration is required, do not push the brake pedal directly to the ground. During the operation of the vehicle, when it is found that the battery is insufficient (which can be obtained through the fuel gauge, power loss indicator and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent the battery from being overdischarged.
8. During the operation of the stacker, do not take emergency braking frequently in the process of high-speed driving, otherwise it will cause huge friction to the brake assembly and the driving wheel, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and the driving wheel, and even damage the brake assembly and the driving wheel.
