In order to further standardize and strengthen the management of semi-electric stackers, and ensure the correct and safe use of semi-electric stackers, the safety operation procedures for semi-electric stackers are formulated.
1. Operate the semi-electric stacker according to the steps
Loading Heavy Loads:
1. Move the semi-electric stacker closer to the front of the heavy object;
2. Raise the fork to an appropriate height lower than the bottom surface of the heavy object;
3. Move the stacker forward so that the fork stretches under the heavy object;
4. Lift the fork until it is loaded with heavy objects;
5. The electric stacker moves back together with the heavy object until the fork has a falling space;
6. Slowly lower the weight to the appropriate height.
Push and place heavy objects:
1. Move the electric stacker with heavy loads close to the front of the shelf;
2. Lift the weight to the appropriate height;
3. Move the electric stacker forward to the appropriate position;
4. Slowly lower the weight so that the bottom surface of the heavy object tray falls on the shelf;
5. Slowly move the electric stacker and its forks out of the shelf.
2. Safety operation procedures
1. The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to use the equipment beyond the performance;
2. Check the control and driving devices, operating handles, pedals, wheels and fasteners before use, and operate after repair if damaged or defective is found;
3. The vehicle safety device must be complete and intact, and all components must be sensitive and effective;
4. Before lifting, the weight of the goods must be understood, and the weight of the goods shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the forklift;
5. When lifting and packing goods, pay attention to whether the goods are wrapped firmly, do not carry unfixed or loosely stacked goods, and carefully handle goods with larger sizes;
6. According to the size of the goods, adjust the spacing of the forks, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid eccentric load;
7. When handling, the forks must be inserted under the goods, and the goods should be evenly placed on the forks, and a single fork tip is not allowed to pick objects;
8. After the goods are loaded into the forks, the goods should be lowered as much as possible before they can be driven;
9. Maintain an appropriate starting speed when starting, and should not be too violent;
10. During the operation of the vehicle, do not brake or turn in an emergency manner during high-speed driving;
11. Maintain the standard driving state, the fork is 10-20 cm off the ground when the fork is driven from the ground, and it is lowered to the ground when stopping.
12. Steering, braking and stopping smoothly, and slow down when turning on wet or slippery roads;
13. When leaving the car, the fork is lowered to the ground, and the fixed wheel at the bottom of the car is locked;
14. It is not allowed to be overweight, over-high, over-speeding, and it is forbidden to brake sharply and turn sharply;
15. No one is allowed to stand under the fork or walk under the fork;
3. Precautions when loading and unloading stacking
1. When lifting and lowering goods, it should generally be carried out in a vertical position;
2. When manual loading and unloading, the fixed wheels under the car must be locked and braked to make the forks stable;
3. Walking and lifting are not allowed to operate at the same time;
