1, Maintain hydraulic system cleanliness
The hydraulic oil in the mobile lifting platform is the lifeblood of the hydraulic system. There are many high-precision components in hydraulic systems, some with small circular holes for vibration reduction, and some with gaps, etc; If solid impurities invade, it will cause damage to high-precision components, card opening, oil passage blockage, etc., seriously endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. The general ways for solid impurities to invade hydraulic systems include: refueling and maintenance, and careless maintenance and upkeep; Hydraulic components chip off, etc.
It can prevent solid impurities from entering the system software from the following aspects:
① When refueling
Gear oil must be overfilled, and special tools for refueling should be reliable and clear. Everyone cannot remove the filtering device at the fuel outlet of the car's fuel tank in order to increase the refueling rate. Refueling workers should use clean rubber gloves and work clothes to prevent solid impurities and chemical fiber impurities from falling into the oil.
② During maintenance and upkeep
The disassembly and assembly of the hydraulic oil filter element cover, filter element cover, monitoring hole, high-pressure oil pipe and other positions on the mobile lifting platform may cause the exposure of the system software oil passage to avoid dust on the construction site. The disassembly and assembly positions must be completely cleaned before opening. When disassembling and assembling the hydraulic oil filter element and oil cap; First, remove the soil around the oil cap, unscrew the oil cap, and eliminate any remaining dirt at the joint (it cannot be cleaned with tap water to prevent water from penetrating the car fuel tank). Only after confirming that it is clean can the oil cap be opened. When using cleaning materials and hammers, special hammers should be selected that do not contain chemical fiber impurities and adhere to vulcanized rubber on the striking surface.
Hydraulic components and high-pressure hoses should be carefully cleaned, gently dried with high-pressure air, and then assembled. Everyone should use genuine filter elements with intact packaging. When changing the engine oil, clean the filter element separately. Before installing the filter element, use the raw materials to carefully clean the waste at the bottom of the filter element shell.
2, Do a good job in cleaning hydraulic systems
The cleaning oil must use the same gear oil model as the commonly used system software, with an oil temperature between 45-80 ℃. Use a large total flow rate to try to remove impurities from the system software. Hydraulic systems need to be continuously cleaned about three times. After each cleaning, release all system software while the oil is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter element, replace it with a new one, and then fill it with new oil.
